University administrators were flying blind when it came to at-risk students. I rebuilt the core advising dashboard from a basic task list into a data-driven platform, connecting signals across systems so advisors could identify at-risk students, spot trends, and act before problems compounded.

Client Portal, Self-Serve Platform Transformation
Omnidian's clients needed better visibility into their solar assets, and our support team was drowning in manual back-and-forth. I led the push to make the Client Portal the center of all client engagement, shifting interactions toward self-serve and building the data infrastructure that now powers our internal reporting. This drove faster resolutions, less noise for our teams, and stickier client relationships.

Pay-As-You-Go Pricing & Onboarding Overhaul
Getting new customers through QA setup was painfully slow, and our pricing model was scaring off leads before they even started. I tackled both, rebuilding onboarding with in-app guided tours so customers could move at their own pace, and launching a pay-as-you-go pricing tier that removed the biggest barrier to entry. The sales cycle got a lot shorter, and customers stuck around longer.

🏒 On the Ice

30+ years of early mornings and cold rinks.

I started playing hockey before I could really read, and I haven't stopped. I still lace up 1-2 times a week. Some things just stick with you.

Hockey taught me everything I know about team dynamics. How to read the room quickly, trust your linemates, and keep showing up even when things aren't going your way. That same instinct to stay in the game, adapt, and support your team is how I try to show up as a PM every day.

🍳 In the Kitchen

Feeding people is my greatest joy.

Cooking is where I go to be fully present. I love experimenting: a new technique, an unexpected ingredient, a dish I've never tried before. Half the time it works. The other half, I learn something.

There's a real parallel to product work here. You form a hypothesis, you test it, you taste it, you adjust. And when it comes together and the people around the table are happy? That's the feeling I'm always chasing.

🌲 In the Wild

Nothing resets me like being outside.

On a sunny day you'll find me hiking in the woods, biking to a brewery with friends, or planning my next adventure. Every year I do a whitewater rafting and camping trip with my crew. It's become a non-negotiable.

Being outside reminds me to zoom out. The best ideas I've had were usually the ones that came after I stepped away from the screen and let my brain breathe.
